TEAM BUILDING

For company employees we offer a special team-building course that is designed to increase employee productivity, bring employees closer together, while also releasing everyday stress.

EXAMPLE FOUR-DAY TEAM BUILDING

Day One - We gather at the marina in Budva for boarding and after breakfast sail to Queen's Beach (1.5 hours), which is accessible only by sea. Activities may include swimming, snorkeling, water sports, beach volleyball or dining at the restaurant. We sail back to Budva in the early evening with dinner and lodging in Budva.

Day Two - After having breakfast on our sailing yachts we sail to the Jaz or Trsteno coves (half an hour sail). After taking a swim, we sail to Trašte Bay. Depending on our clients' desires, we can stop at Krekavica, one of the loveliest caves in this part of the Adriatic, where you can swim and snorkel inside a cave. The Trašte Bay has excellent winds and we may use this opportunity to organize a team regatta, in which guests can learn some sailing skills while having a good time. A reserved dock awaits us at Bigovo (a small fishing village), which offers a seaside restaurant that serves freshly-caught seafood. Stay overnight in Bigovo.

Day Three - We set off in the morning for the coves at Žanjic or Mirišta for a day of swimming, beach volleyball, and dining by the sea. In the early afternoon we sail to the Bay of Herceg Novi (a small regatta may be organized). We visit the tiny island Lady of the rock with its tiny church and the town of Perast across from the island with its old captains` houses. In the early evening we sail to Kotor, dine at the restaurant and spend the night at the Kotor marina.

Day four - In the morning after breakfast we tour the medieval town of Kotor with its monuments of culture. The Mariner's museum will be of interest to anyone who loves the sea and sailing. In the afternoon we sail for Ljuta, a small place named after a river of the same name that flows into the bay. We lunch at one of the best seafood restaurants on the Montenegrin coast. You will also enjoy its peaceful and lovely atmosphere. We sail back to Kotor and spend the night at the Kotor marina.

Day five - Disembarking at Kotor marina.

We can organize the following services and activities upon request:

• Transportation to and from the airport in Tivat, Podgorica or Cilipi (Croatia).
• Catering service on the sailing yachts.
