Booking Procedure

When you make a decision to charter a yacht please contact us by e-mail. Specify your preferred yacht and charter dates and please note that charters are usually Saturday / Saturday. After receiving your enquiry we will inform you about yacht availability, current prices, discounts and send you our offer.


If you accept our offer, you can confirm the booking or request an option. Options have a maximum 7-day duration and are given upon request. During the option period another client cannot book the same yacht for the same charter period.

The duration of the option during the high season or a few days before the requested charter period is maximum 2 days.

Booking confirmation / Contract

When you confirm the booking, we will send you our General Terms and payment instructions by e-mail. You should send a signed copy of our General Terms back to us by e mail and make first payment of 50% of the total charter fee to our bank account. We will hold your option for few days more to allow enough time to receive your first payment.



Upon receipt of the first payment of 50% of the total charter fee, your reservation will be confirmed. The balance of the charter fee must be paid 4 weeks prior to your departure date.

In the reservation is made within four weeks from your departure date, the total charter fee should be paid on the day of reservation.

Payments of Refundable Safety Deposit

The Refundable Safety Deposit is due to be paid at the base prior to yacht embarkation by cash or credit card.


All extras (final cleaning, outboard engine, wi fi internet, airport transfer) should be paid at the base in cash.
